t's pizza time! This all-veggie, faultless artful culmination is the ideal thing for that motion picture night you've been needing to have. 





Fixings 

(use natural fixings where conceivable) 

• 2 glasses cauliflower 

• 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 

• 2 tbsp wholesome yeast 

• 1 garlic clove 

• 2 tbsp olive oil 

• 1 tbsp crisp oregano 

• squeeze of salt 

Tomato Sauce 

• 1 glass sun-dried tomatoes (drenched overnight) 

• 1 med-expansive tomato 

• 1 tsp red pepper drops 

• 1 tbsp lemon juice 

• 3 scallions 

• garnishes: shitakes and arugula, marinated for a couple of mins in balsamic vinegar.

Technique 

1. Cleave cauliflower into little pieces and add to nourishment processor, mixing until it's entirely smooth. 

2. Include cauliflower and the greater part of your remaining outside fixings to the sustenance processor and heartbeat until very much consolidated. 

3. Spread the batter into 1 vast circle on a teflex sheet (making a point to not spread it too thin - about ½ inch is great) 

4. Place in your dehydrator overnight, or place in your stove at 200 degrees for 60 minutes. 

5. Cut shiitake mushrooms into strips and hurl with arugula and balsamic vinegar and put aside. 

6. Join elements for your tomato sauce in a blender or nourishment processor. 

7. Expel outside layer from the stove, or dehydrator spread tomato sauce on top, and include fixings.
